Nicole Brucculeri

Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Canadian Certified Counsellor, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist -Individual, EMDR Certified Therapist

I know how difficult it can be to be present when our mind is constantly taking us to both past pain and worries about the future. It can be overwhelming and difficult just getting through the day. For several years I have been dedicated to working with individuals who are struggling with their day to day and report a variety of concerns. I have spent several years working in addictions and mental health rehabilitation centers helping individuals with addictions, trauma and PTSD, developmental trauma/complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and mood disorders. Through this work, I have built a passion for helping individuals uncover what is at the root of their day to day difficulties in order to help them to become unstuck and build more meaningful and purposeful lives.

Personal Story and Background:

  • A little about me, I am a creative individual and love to create projects whether it be in my personal life or for work. I like to draw and paint in my free time and am in the process of attempting to learn piano. I love to sing and listen to music. I am very open-minded and love to explore and love to travel when I can. I have been to Japan (twice), New Zealand, and Taiwan. This has allowed me the opportunity to explore, be curious, adventurous, and learn about new cultures. It pushes me to be out of my comfort zone and face things that can be quite scary (canyoning).

I am an introvert and find strength and energy in things I can build that represent who I am, my own personal growth, and what has helped me to become who I am today. I love to cook and experiment with different cultural dishes; reading; and learning new things.
